We kindly ask that you make reservations at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival. When reserving, please select an arrival time that’s on the hour, 20 minutes past the hour, or 40 minutes past the hour.

If you’re picking up gear on your first day of skiing, choose a time that works best for you—just be sure to pick up your gear at least 30 minutes before you’re ready to hit the slopes. Alternatively, feel free to pick up your gear the day before after 3pm at no extra charge.
During busy times like Christmas and Spring Break, please note that we only accept consecutive day reservations—split day reservations are not allowed. Once gear is checked out, rental rates apply for all days it’s out, whether you ski or not. If you return the gear and wish to re-rent it in a day or two, we unfortunately cannot hold the gear for you. While we will do our best to get you fitted upon your return, please keep in mind that due to high demand, we may not have the same equipment available, as we often sell out every day during these busy periods.
Walk-ins are always welcome, but please be aware that wait times may vary, especially during peak times. To avoid waiting, we highly recommend making a reservation!

To make a reservation, we need the following info for each skier or rider:
- Name
- Age
- Gender
- Height
- Weight
- Shoe Size
- Skier Type
- Package Type
- First Day of Skiing
- Pick-up date and arrival time
- Contact info, can use one contact per family
Skier Type:
I: Entry Level Skiers; at lower speeds, require lighter release/retention settings
II: Intermediate Level Skiers; prefer a variety of speeds and terrain, average release/retention settings
III: Aggressive Skiers; ski at high speeds on challenging terrain, high release/retention settings
